Lord of Mysteries MMO: Blake the Judge Solo Boss Guide 2026

Blake, the Judge is the Tingen solo boss behind the Act VI quest Rotten Meat, whose objective is simply “Defeat Blake, the Judge.” The English client prints his health bar as Blake, the Judge; the CN client prints the same bar as 「“审判官”布莱克」 (Inquisitor Blake). Both recordings below are clean solo pulls — one player, one bar, no party.

Neither recording carries commentary or subtitles; the only speech is Chinese dialogue in the opening and closing cinematics. Every mechanic below is therefore read off the frames themselves, and anything the footage shows but never explains is parked in the crimson ledger instead of guessed at.

Key takeaways before you pull

  • ◆Quest spine: Act VI · Rotten Meat → “Defeat Blake, the Judge.” The region label reads Tingen and the sanity meter reads SAN 97 on entry.
  • ◆The run opens in Beyonder Plan → Equipment Loadout, not in combat: check the Skill / Pathway / Contacts / Puppets / Talent / Artifacts rail before you commit.
  • ◆Blake changes silhouette as the bar drops: cloaked swordsman early, black-winged form around 52%, lantern-carrying form around 42%.
  • ◆Telegraphs arrive before the damage: a red target diamond over the boss plus gold floor markers where the next hit will land.
  • ◆An object labelled Death Knell carries an F interaction prompt and its own small green bar. The footage never presses it — logged, not explained.
  • ◆The kill is not the end: Blake speaks, a crimson 猎杀已毕 card drops, then Success says you can re-challenge him at Acting level 55.

The cathedral confrontation sets the goal

The recording opens in cinematics rather than combat: Blake in his masked, red-cloaked form inside the hall, with the game itself burning in the line “This is also why… I must eliminate you here…”. Nothing is fought here — it just plants the boss in the room you are about to clear.

Enter the hall and read the objective

Gameplay starts around 0:26. The tracker on the left reads Rotten Meat → “Defeat Blake, the Judge.”, the corner label reads Tingen and the sanity meter reads SAN 97 — but no boss bar is up yet; it appears only once the Seer has closed on the aisle. That is the whole briefing: one boss, one objective, and no add named on screen.

Verify the loadout before the pull

Before touching the boss, the recording stops inside Beyonder Plan → Equipment Loadout: a PvE preset, the Skill / Pathway / Contacts / Puppets / Talent / Artifacts rail down the left, and named skill tiles such as Air Bullet. Nothing in the fight below happens without this screen, so treat it as step zero of the clear.

Walk the aisle — the walk is the pull

Walking the cathedral aisle is the engagement. Black-and-white floor tiling with a crimson runner leads straight to the boss, the hanging cages mark the lane, and the health bar stays at full while the Seer closes the distance. Blake holds his position until you are inside his reach.

    Open with the ranged cast

The first damage of the clear is a cast, not a melee trade: golden chains and a rune circle close around the player and the damage log reads 暴击1070 — a critical hit. Holding position mid-aisle keeps the boss's swing arc in front of you while your own animation plays out.

Bait the cleave, then leave the arc

The boss answers with a wide dark cleave out of his cloaked form; the bar only reads 88.7%, because the opening exchange is one cast and one bait. A green bar sits over the player at the same moment — the game never labels it. The swing is slow enough to walk out of, and this run eats only 85 damage from it.

Gold beam sweep is the phase-two tell

Past the halfway point the arena fills with gold: wing-like planes of light sweep across the lane while the bar sits at 56.4%. Both the sword form and the winged form use this sweep, so the tell to react to is the light itself rather than a change on the health bar.

Winged form and the Death Knell prompt

At 52.3% the boss is a black-winged silhouette, and a separate object now carries both a label and a keybind: Death Knell, with an F prompt directly beneath it and its own short green bar. The recording never presses it, so what F does is logged rather than asserted — but the prompt itself is unmissable once the wings come out.

Lantern form: a red marker over the boss

By 42% the silhouette carries a lantern, and the telegraph language changes from light to markers: a red target diamond over the boss plus gold runes on the floor where the player is standing. That is where the next hit lands, so read the markers and move before the animation resolves.

Never stand in front when the wings swing

The punishment for holding the front arc is on camera: one exchange at 35.4% lands a critical hit and throws the Seer backwards across the tiles. No dodge prompt appears for this one, so the answer is positioning — hit from the flank and be gone before the animation ends.

    The last 5% is a crimson-vignetted burn

At 4.8% the whole frame goes crimson-vignetted and the Death Knell object is on screen again. The bar is the only clock, and the damage log keeps ticking between 147 and 367 per tick, so the closing stretch is a straight burn with no new mechanic announced.

The kill is marked by a crimson act card

The bar empties and the game cuts to its own end card: huge crimson lettering with 猎杀已毕 beneath it — the hunt is finished. Treat that card, not the empty bar, as the confirmation that the encounter resolved.

Blake gets the last line, the quest moves on

The boss is not silent after death. His subtitle reads “You will also become like me… haha (cough)… it's only a matter of time…”, while the tracker underneath has already advanced from the fight objective to Talk to Trevor. If you are farming the encounter, this is the beat to click through.

Success panel: Act VI · Rotten Meat, rerun at level 55

The success screen names the chapter — Act VI · Rotten Meat — and states it outright: “The malice of Blake, the Judge, has not completely dissipated from the subconscious world. Once your Acting level reaches 55, you can challenge him again, and the battle will be even more perilous.” The reward row follows underneath (a book token, 悬赏 100, a fleur-de-lis, a 10000 note and a 100 coin) with a Confirm button.

Epilogue: loot, a hard-dungeon unlock, the walk home

The outro leaves three things on screen at once: loot pop-ups (Sun-Scorched Brooch ×1, Police High-Level Notes (VI) ×1 and a 10000-currency line), a toast reading 1 Hard Dungeon Unlocked with “Challengeable upon reaching Acting level 55.”, and a tracker that now asks you to Return to Sinful Tingen. All 16 frames are captures of M Y A N E E's EN-client solo clear (YouTube RY1muPJJ8Vw); Raxari's 2k showcase (fYeWcia7Bcs) is credited for cross-checking the boss title, which the CN client renders as 「“审判官”布莱克」 at 96.9% health. Pending verification ledger

[unverified] marks something the footage shows but never explains. Nothing in this block is asserted as a rule — each row is what you can see, and what is still open.

Bar stacked under the health track
Every phase shows a thinner bar stacked under the red health track, in both the EN and the CN client. Whether it is poise, stagger or a shield is never labelled on screen — [unverified].
Red icon with a running count
A small red icon with a number sits at the left end of the health track — 15 at 56.4% and 52.3%, 13 at 42.0%, and a 15 beside an 18 at 4.8%. No tooltip ever opens on it, so those readings are recorded as readings, not as a mechanic.
What the Death Knell F prompt does
The Death Knell object carries an F keybind and its own green bar at 52.3% and again at 4.8%, but the recording never presses it. The action stays unknown — [unverified].
Green bar over the player
A green bar sits over the player during the first cleave at 1:10, while the boss bar reads 88.7%. The game never labels it, so whether it is the player's own proc, a status applied by the boss or a second track is [unverified].
Damage and percentage figures
1070, 85, 367 and the health percentages all belong to one Seer on one build. They are not a damage check and will not reproduce on another character. The floating critical figure in this frame is partly covered by the damage label and is therefore not quoted — [unverified].
Difficulty tier of this clear
The recording never opens a difficulty selector and the boss bar carries no tier tag, so which difficulty this clear belongs to is unknown — [unverified].
Clock in the corner of the HUD
A small clock readout ticks in the top-right corner of the HUD in several frames (17:46 on entry, 15:34 at the dying line, 15:26 at the epilogue). Whether that is a challenge time limit or world time is never stated.

Blake the Judge FAQ

Q1.Where do I find Blake the Judge in Lord of Mysteries?
In the Tingen cathedral hall, during the Act VI quest Rotten Meat: the objective line is literally “Defeat Blake, the Judge.” and the region label in the corner reads Tingen.
Q2.Is Blake a solo boss or a dungeon boss?
The clear in the source footage is a single player against a single boss bar with no party frame on screen. The only group content it touches is the hard dungeon that gets unlocked afterwards.
Q3.How do I unlock the repeat challenge?
The Success panel says the malice of Blake has not completely dissipated from the subconscious world, and that once your Acting level reaches 55 you can challenge him again — with the rerun flagged as more perilous.
Q4.What is the second bar under his health?
It is visible in every phase on both clients, but the game never names it. We keep it in the ledger as [unverified] rather than call it a poise or shield track.
Q5.Should I press F at the Death Knell prompt?
The recording shows the object and its F keybind at 52.3% and again at 4.8%, but never presses it, so we cannot tell you what it does. Positioning matters more: the damage in this fight comes from the front arc.
Q6.Does Blake drop anything worth farming?
The epilogue lists Sun-Scorched Brooch ×1, Police High-Level Notes (VI) ×1 and a 10000-currency line, plus a hard-dungeon unlock. That is one kill's loot; the recording never opens a drop table.
